DMCA & Copyright Policy
FastTT respects intellectual property rights and complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512 (DMCA)
1. Safe Harbor Status & Non-Hosting Statement
FastTT does not host, store, replicate, or index media files or copyrighted streams on our servers. FastTT functions strictly as an automated client-side parsing utility that connects users to the publicly accessible content streams on TikTok's own Content Delivery Network (CDN).
Because we do not store media files, the most effective way to permanently remove a video from the Internet is to request removal from TikTok directly or delete/privatize the original source post.
2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that any link processed through our service infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or representative list of such works.
- Identification of the specific TikTok URL(s) you wish to block from parsing through FastTT.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including a valid email address, physical address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
3. Blacklist Blocking Protocol
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice containing specific TikTok URLs, FastTT will promptly blacklist and disable parsing for those specific video URLs across our platform within 24–48 business hours.
